Ramadan: Daily Observer Congratulate Muslims, Calls On Prayers For Social Harmony
Daily Observer Media and Communication Services Company, the publisher of the Daily Observer Online newspaper, congratulates the Muslim community around the world on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement signed by the editor-in-chief of the Daily Observer, Bashir Ishaq Muhammad, he called on the Muslim-Ummah to seize the opportunity that Allah Almighty has given them to witness the blessed month, with its abundance of blessings, by multiplying an effort to pray hard, for seeking Allah’s devine intervention on the series of challenges that disrupt social harmony.”

“As we enter the blessed month, let me emphasise that we need to multiply our immense efforts as this juncture, to pray hard in seeking Allah’s intervention, to settle down our affairs, particularly in our dear country Nigeria when things are getting tougher and tougher at different aspects of our lives.
“The meaning of this blessed month of Ramadan, is an opportunity for the believing Muslim servant to have a special meeting with his creator, through the reflection of the teachings of our noble Prophet Muhammad Peace of Allah be Upon Him.”
“At a time when our country is facing challenges affecting our peace and security in some states, especially as the loss of lives continues almost every day due to terrorist attacks, it is imperative for us to devote ourselves through this month of receiving prayers, to seek a resolution from God Almighty.”

“At same time, we should also continue to pray for the victory of the country’s Armed Forces on the battlefield, in their fight to end terrorism recurrence in parts of the country, with the hope that Allah the Almighty will exposed and destroy both the domestic and foreign saboteurs, who struggle day and night with the aim to see Nigeria disintegrate from its status of a unified nation.”
“Finally, as the 2027 General Elections approaches, there is a need to pray hard to seek God’s help in electing good leaders at all levels of leadership, who will continue to lead the country with a good purpose, which will restore peace, security and mutual love without hatred or interference.”
“We wish our Muslim brothers and sisters around the world, an acceptable worship in this Ramadan and after, and may Allah make us among His slaves whom He will free in this month of the Holy Quran, ameen.”
