Senator Kwankwaso Officially Joins ADC, As Supporters Follow

Former Governor of Kano State, Sen Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, on Monday received his ADC membership card following his official alignment with the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The event that took place at his Miller Road residence in Kano marked the beginning of a new chapter in Kano’s political arena, ahead of the 2027 election.

The occasion, which has been described by many as a well-attended gathering, featured the presence of the ADC party’s National Chairman, Senator David Mark, alongside prominent party stakeholders, political leaders, and state representatives.

Reports indicate that after thoroughgoing discussions, the former National leader of the New Nigeria People’s Party NNPP agreed to quit his party, to enter the political realignment with the African Democratic Congress.

Despite that there is no official announcement which confirms his position in the party, thousands of his ardent supporters continued their membership card registration exercise in the party across the state.
